The Transformation Game® Facilitator Training
A program designed for counselors, therapists and others intending to use The Transformation Game on a deeper level. The training sharpens leadership abilities, deepens self-awareness and understanding, and assists in developing communication and counseling skills. Participants receive thorough training in the expanded rules and mechanics of The Transformation Game.
The program includes an exploration of key topics, discussions of difficult cards, demonstrations of technique, and opportunities to practice facilitation. Sessions are supervised and provide constructive personal feedback with an ongoing assessment of competence.
Participants who successfully complete the training are accredited by InnerLinks to use an Advanced Manual in facilitating Transformation Games in workshop formats.

In a group setting the FCP provides a creative forum for

The process
rapidly identifies cognitive, behavioral, or attitudinal
factors that
are promoting or impeding team progress. The method
encourages individuals
to communicate clearly and directly, practice active
listening skills,

important personal values and encourages teams to model them
in their
workplace.
The FCP, originated by Kathy Tyler and Joy Drake of
InnerLinks
Associates, consists of three sets of cards designed
to uncover
and pinpoint key factors and resources impacting the client's
view of
any issue. Clients randomly choose cards with a clearly
framed intent.
The FCP instantaneously identifies underlying dynamics and
stimulates
their intuitive capabilities revealing creative solutions.
Developed originally as part of the Frameworks for Change
simulation,
the FCP is a stand-alone coaching tool you can use with
individual clients
or in small groups. While the FCP cannot make the changes for
clients,
it can support them in expressing their creativity,
imagination, and power
to make choices that will help them achieve their desired
outcome. Clients
gain immediate insight, encouraging them to make decisions in
harmony
with their values and integrity. They can then develop an
action plan
to improve their effectiveness, productivity, and
satisfaction.

Frameworks for Change is an interactive environment designed to encourage participants to convert value statements into real behavior changes. Frameworks for Change fosters innovative teamwork creating a high performance work culture based on accountability, honesty and appreciation of each individuals contribution.A specialized version of The Transformation Game for use in business settings. The Frameworks for Change training identifies key problems that prevent teams from working together with optimum effectiveness.
Using a sophisticated simulation, participants can address work challenges and rapidly get to the root of unresolved issues. The process pinpoints gaps where commitment needs strengthening, reflects areas of weakness that undermine efforts and drain resources, and enhances valuable talents. The program stimulates the exchange of ideas and insights. Participants develop intuitive decision-making skills, and assist each other in reaching their goals.
The Frameworks for Change training is suitable for executives, managers, team members and individuals who are concerned with understanding group processes, and fostering their own growth and development. The model emphasizes the importance that individual initiative and integrity play in successful teamwork.

The Transitions and Breakthroughs weekend is an opportunity to break out of your old ways of being and doing, and step more fully into who you truly are and what you are here to do.
The process is deepened and enriched by the use of expanded rules, skillful facilitation, the radiant nature of the Transformation Game itself, the presence and inspiration of angels, and the creative interaction of a group of participants who share a sincere desire and determination to make a major shift in their lives. Many aspects of transitions and breakthrough can be explored including entering the unknown, releasing the past, passages, evolution, opening to the new, mystery, labor and birth. Players use their own passions, concerns, and understandings as a springboard for focused exploration in the Game.
