Kathy Tyler and Joy Drake are cofounders of InnerLinks Associates, Asheville NC. They are the
originators the world famous original Angel® Cards, The Transformation Game®, Planetary Game,
Frameworks Coaching Process (FCP), Frameworks for Change® simulation, MentorSpirit® Cards,
and Intuitive Solutions®.
They lived at the Findhorn Foundation, Scotland for many years and their work reflects the
practical applications of living a spiritual lifestyle in the everyday world. Kathy and Joy are
Fellows of the Findhorn Foundation, which is also the location of their InnerLinks UK office.
Both return frequently to Findhorn to teach trainings and lead customized transformational
conference events.
Kathy:
“We started this website to convey the ideal of intentional actions and their magical effect on
daily life. Extraordinary connections occur when we bring Spirit into ordinary moments.
Community is created thorough our intentional actions and responses.
When I was twenty-one, the butterfly became an image that held the promise of
transformation for me. It symbolized the touch of my Soul, coming to light on my shoulder,
making itself known to me. It invited me deep into meaning gently, gracefully, and
beautifully. I could not resist, I was fascinated as I explored the metaphor of shifting
dynamically into becoming a Divine Presence on Earth.
That was over thirty years ago and the flutter of butterfly wings still illuminates my path. My
thoughts, actions, dreams, and fears continue to be the nectar that feeds the butterfly. The
transformations continue.”
Joy:
"We each have over thirty years experience in the design, development and delivery of
spiritually based tools and processes that catalyze change and strengthen personal integrity.
All our products, workshops and trainings help individuals, groups, and organizations to
increase understanding of interpersonal dynamics, strengthen willingness to work in
community, and to handle changes with grace.
Our approach to transformation rapidly gets to the root of challenges, generates creative
solutions and opens doorways to new possibilities. We work with individuals and groups who
